Today’s verdict in the murder of Ahmaud Arbery hopefully brings a measure of peace to the Arbery family that those responsible were brought to justice. Our thoughts are with Ahmaud’s family, along with the many other families who have lost loved ones to acts rooted in racism. We remain committed to taking action to address our nation’s long history of systemic racism and injustice through public policy.
